It’s been a while since my last blog post. Why? Well to put it in a nutshell – I’ve been managing another blog, selling a company, building two online start-ups, and seeking investment capitol. On top of those tasks, I’m doing a little consulting, an occasional photo shoot and now (as of December) planning my wedding!

So needless to say, there is alot going on over here. All good stuff but still not allowing me to blog as much as I want

I’ve started writing more and more in my journal hoping to place together all of the “nuggets” of knowledge I’m learning along the way. My goal in 2010 is to write an e-book for other entrepreneurs as they begin to start up their ventures. I’m hoping to provide good stories, helpful insight, and share the mistakes I’ve made in order to teach what I’ve learned the hard way. BUT We’ll see…like I said, it’s only a goal.

I guess this can apply to more than just my company but I’m going keep it there haha.
Ever since I launched Lifetime Reel with my business partner Sam Dryden, I’ve spent many hours at the office. All business owners know what I mean by the word “many” and why there is a emphasis on that word. It’s hard to think about what Lifetime Reel would be without 70+ hour work weeks by both my business partner and I over the past two years. Well I’m leaving to travel in Europe for 3 weeks…

I made a list for someone who is playing “me” for the time I’m spending away.

I’ve met with many businessmen that are never at the office cause they’re always hopping from project to project. Although I can work alot from my computer, there is something about sitting at your own desk and office chair. Wish me luck

How come I say that I’m done with start-ups and then start them up again?

I was thinking today, in life we’re presented with some options and we can take them or leave them. Most the time we’ll let it pass by because of the opportunity cost at the time is too risky and we’ll just move on with life. I found an old journal this morning that had business ideas I made up when I was age 19 and I read over them. Some good, some terrible but there was a particular idea that I found that caught me off guard. How come three years ago I never saw the potential of this idea? Is it all about timing? Either way it’s interesting to think about. So needless to say, we’ll go back to old ideas like I’m doing and we’ll give them another run.

Do you have ideas that you’ve thought of, and years down the road so guys making his millions? That’s never a pleasent feeling.
